Every One's Addiction to Certainty.
I had a minor win yesterday simply because I didn’t interject myself into an argument amongst atheists and religious folks. Of course, I’d go telling them why they’re both wrong lol. So then, they’d both make an enemy out of me, fighting together, and maybe in that ironic chaos find god truly, lol.
There’s no absolute… but both atheists and staunch religious folks really want there to be. They have that in common that they really want to cling to something as the right answer to the big math problem.
I’m like I’ve found god a trillion times over. It’s me! MMWAHAHAH! Just kidding. Not really. Its you. HAHA! Now what? It’s you. It’s me. It’s every tiny individual cell in our bodies. It’s children dying in gaza. It was Hitler. It was Great Mother Teresa. Jesus. Muhammad. Byzantine. Budhha. Alexander the Great. Helen Keller. Freaking Epstein. Every CIA agent. Every mail man. Every worm in the soil. FOREST GUMP! lol.
I am very fond of religion… It’s weird though, how if you’re fond of one religion, the other ones are supposed to be enemies… THAT MAKES NO SENSE. That never made any sense. You’re not going to convince me to make that make sense lol because it doesn’t. Logically, mathematically, scientifically~ NO SENSE~ in assuming the other religions are all wrong, and there’s only one right one. They were all cultured in different regions! THERE’S PATTERNS TO THIS! The energy…
I am so fond of religion. It’s sooooo cool how many different versions we have. I see them as human lore curriculum… They’re wildly beneficial at bonding community and managing relational turmoil.
They can also be wildly controlling and gaslighting to sustain that control equating to the religion’s power globally. Religions can stunt creativity, first hand discovery, and distort the authenticity to an individual’s firsthand experience.
Religions tend to all be structured around a prophet’s firsthand experience… I am always scratching my head why that doesn’t teach people to have their own firsthand divine experience for themselves… why is it people are so ready to study someone else’s first hand experience instead? That’s not how Jesus found god anyways… Moses talked to a burning acacia bush… I mean, sounds pretty crazy. People are so afraid of going crazy. Studying a book, makes you feel like you don’t have to go crazy lol, you get to just read someone else’s crazy ;). I don’t think you’ll find god that way. You’ll just find words.
Wait, I just brought up Moses. So now, I must tell you I have watched “The Prince of Egypt” several times lately because not only is the animation so well done, but the soundtrack is just epic. It’s also so short n sweet. All around good time lol, highly recommend a rewatch before they take it off Netflix.
Oh no, I’m forgetting where I was going with this blog post… I figure I’m trying to prove a point about god, religion, and the lack thereof.
Religions should all be open source. Then, we can take aim at targeting truth actually. Even then, it won’t be absolute. Because the truth is breathing, living, and evolving. We can not contain that bullseye without also backfiring humanity’s longterm (ideally eternal) potential.
Say humanity fails… doesn’t mean “godness” does lol. So It’s just like… what are we? Are we divine or are we parasitic bacteria that evolved to confront god and destroy itself? Like c’mon… Both creationism and evolution can be true… if you can’t understand how, can you have faith that you will? If you can’t have faith in yourself, that you will understand, what does that make you?
I accidentally first posted this without explaining at all how both evolution and creationism can simultaneously be true. OKAY! BUCKLE UP!
We began as magical lil tiny bacterias! On this giant rock thing in the starry sky of space(time). Imagine it like BIG BANG (universal loving sex of some kind) planted us here… like imagine our whole evolution is like being inside a womb… Okay, maybe I lost you there. Forget that. Science! Billions of years ago we were bacteria on a rock. And Lightning zapping us… ZEUS!!! lol I am fond of greek mythology, too.
Uhm, also Dr. Suess, which you’re supposed to gather from my free flow stream of consciousness writing style lol. I jump around… but back to the science of our evolution… How we first orchestrated our GUT! Our gut is how we got here today lol, really, I mean, we evolved all our other internal magical super systems because we went from bacteria to gut, billions of years ago.
CREATIONISM! Is also valid… because it is unreasonable to think we really just randomly survived to the point of evolving eyes, manners, fashion (lol… The Devil Wears Prada just came to mind), just pure random blind bacterias becoming a gut just like totally random dice roll decision to do that- zero consciousness behind it? See, thats where creationism starts to have a foot hold. It’s like story telling of the microcosm development, that became self aware and invented science to study itself from that focal point of awareness.
PHILOSOPHY, allows for these different groups, ideologies, and divisions to coalesce ~ blur the lines a bit.
(I might edit this post again and add more, but I really have to keep plugging along on these illustrations in my upcoming choose-your-own-adventure novel, The Dream Elevator. 🫶🫠)

it’s almost like consciousness created a vehicle to explore itself with ;)
❤️ I love your mind.
I want to take magic mushrooms and spend the entire trip reading your Substack articles or whatever other writing you have.
Oh, my gosh.
You can be hired as a trip sitter and make big money! Is this bad to comment on your post? Hmm. 🤔
I stand by it, regardless.
